Dongguan Lijin Decoration Co., Ltd. is affiliated to KF Printing Manufactory (International) Co., Ltd. and all products are manufactured by the headquarter. Established in January 1992, the controlling corporation was one of the enterprises with foreign investment first to set up printing presses in Dongguan City. We are committed to the production and operation of professional book printing, color printing wrappers, color printing packing boxes, handbags, notebooks, jewelry boxes and gift boxes. After ten years of hard work and unremitting efforts, with the support of friends from all walks of life KF Printing Manufactory (International) Co., Ltd. has become a modern enterprise which is very well-known and influential in the region. And now, we have two branches - Jinming Printing Products Co., Ltd. and Dongguan Lijin Decoration Co., Ltd.
Our company enjoys tremendous strength with factory space of 35,000 square meters and workshop of 33,000 square meters. We have three modern factory buildings. Our four staff apartments are free for their rest and recreation, matched with large basketball courts, badminton courts, video rooms, table tennis rooms, billiards rooms, libraries and medical clinics. We employ more than 1,200 existing personnel people with over 400 professional and technical people. Our corporation has a comprehensive management system and operation process, with the marketing department, production management department, Q&C department, plate packing department, printing department, processing printing department, products department, binding department, material department, logistics department, administration department, accounting department and maintenance department. The division of labor is clear and definite and cooperated smoothly among departments. Every order can be transmitted and carried out accurately among relevant departments. Verified by SGS Company in 2003, our company has obtained the ISO9001 (2000 editions) quality system certification.
Our company has advanced production equipment and technological processes. There are the whole set of screen CTP system in the plate making department. The printing division has six-color printing presses and four-color printing presses totaled six, paper dividing machines and polar paper cutters totaled six. Our processing department has plastic-coating machines, oiling machines, polishing machines, automatic U.V. varnishing machines, automatic paper shaping machines, manual paper shaping machines, and other equipment. The products department has 5 automatic production lines and 13 semi-automatic production lines. The binding department has automatic nailed machines, folding book machines, plastic plants and drilling machines. The logistics department has 18 varied transport vehicles, which can ensure clients' timely delivery of all goods.
